Lifestyle medicine is an evidence based area of medicine aiming to support patients to prevent, manage and reverse certain chronic health conditions.
This is focused around the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: mental wellbeing, healthy eating, sleep, physical activity, healthy relationships and minimising harmful substances.
With our individualised person-centred consultations we can use the knowledge in these areas together with health and wellbeing coaching to help you improve how you feel and manage chronic conditions.
Areas that benefit from this approach include high blood pressure, prediabetes, diabetes, fatty liver, PCOS, perimenopause/menopause, mental health, persistent pain and many more.
This is not just lifestyle advice but a personalised look into your health and wellbeing with evidence based changes and support we know can help.

‘I have lost 17 kg since last September and feeling so much healthier and motivated.
Our sessions helped me reflect and consider the affect previous events and relationships had impacted my life.
Helen truly helped me build my confidence and prioritise my own needs both personally and professionally.
Thank you again.’
“I found my sessions with Greta really helpful, insightful and eye opening.
One of the biggest takeaways from working with Greta, was turning my cloud of emotion and uncertainty into smaller, more actionable steps.
Her useful questions, prompts and exercises were very helpful in getting me to reframe my thoughts and see things from a new perspective. They also helped me to gain clarity on the next steps.
Things that used to feel overwhelming now seem more doable and achievable.
I am really grateful for her time, guidance, openness and her patient listening”.
Greta was reassuring and extremely patient with me throughout, allowing me time to think, whilst also asking thought provoking questions. She was really easy to talk to and put me at ease.
She created a safe space for me to open up which meant I was able to really identify what I needed to do to change my situation.
Since working with Greta I have made some small changes but which have made the significant improvement in my life which I needed.. Without spending this time with Greta it is highly likely that I may have made some ill-informed drastic changes which may have been less than helpful in the long term.
