Personalised lifestyle medicine consultations and coaching to help you with your health and wellbeing goals.
Do you feel like you need to make changes to your life but do not know where to start?
Are you living with chronic health problems and want to optimise your health?
Are you lacking in energy or motivation?
Have you made changes but then keep coming back to where you were?
Are you perimenopausal/menopausal and finding navigating these changes challenging?
Lifestyle medicine is an evidence based area of medicine aiming to support patients to prevent, manage and reverse certain chronic health conditions. This is focused around the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: mental wellbeing, healthy eating, sleep, physical activity, healthy relationships and minimising harmful substances.
With our individualised person-centred consultations we can use the skills and knowledge in these areas together with coaching to help you improve your health.
Chronic health conditions such as high blood pressure, prediabetes, diabetes, fatty liver, PCOS, perimenopause/menopause, mental health, persistent pain and many more.
This is not just lifestyle advice but a personalised look into your health and wellbeing with evidence based changes we know can help.
‘Helen uses her excellent listening skills to guide the conversation and really helped me to identify strategies to move forward with my situation. She is friendly, empathetic and very easy to talk to. Having the space and support to think through options and reflect on your choices is so helpful in many aspects of life.’
Coaching with us gives you a safe space to explore your situation and find a way forward through asking questions and using tools to provoke new thinking and perspectives. We can explore your values, strengths and gain greater insight into your true self, identifying barriers to change and helping you overcome challenges.
Areas which coaching can help include health and wellbeing, feeling overwhelmed, feeling ‘stuck’, career crossroads, difficult relationships, low confidence, navigating caring responsibilities and many other situations.
